Policy Direct Online Reserveringen: Wanneer u eenmaal hebt betaald voor uw hotel via de direct online engine, de volgende cancellation policy is van kracht: - Wanneer u de reservering tot 72 uur voor uw aankomst datum canceled, zullen wij het totaal betaalde bedrag vergoeden minus de 15 euro administratie kosten - Wanneer u uw reservering canceled binnen 72 uur voor aankomst datum, vergoeden wij het totaal betaalde bedrag minus de kosten van de eerste nacht. Wij vegoeden alléén
naar de creditcard waar de betaling mee is gedaan. Wellicht zal de betaling
op andere wijze moeten worden terug gestort, wanneer hier kosen mee zijn
gemoeid zijn deze kosten voor de klant. Wij streven naar een terugbetaling
binnen 72 uur nadat het verzoek van retournering is gedaan en wij de juiste
informatie hebben ontvangen. De accommodatie is normaliter beschikbaar vanaf 16:00 uur op de dag van aankomst en moet worden verlaten om 11 uur op de dag van vertrek. Het aantal gasten per kamer is relevant naar het aantal bedden op de kamer aangeboden door het hotel. Wanneer het aantal
personen hoger is dan de opgegeven hoeveelheid, of wanneer kinderen niet
onder de regels van de Child Policy (zie "Children Policy"),
